Private lessons are incredible valuable to enhance your yoga practice or to help address personal needs that are not often addressed in group classes, and they can help refine your practice by giving you the opportunity to ask very specific questions. You also have the opportunity to learn more about your practice and how you can go deeper.

Private sessions are also valuable for learning to use Yoga to deal with specific conditions. Tammy has recently completed a Yoga Teachers' Guide to Prenatal Yoga for the American Viniyoga Insitute and has developed a systemmatic approach to using Yoga through pregnancy and labor. Given the indivial nature of any pregnancy, Viniyoga is an excellent tool to help promote relaxation and health during this very important time.

If you are recovering from an injury or suffer from chronic conditions such as low back pain, a series of private lessons can help you to better understand your body. As you gain a deeper understanding, you can begin to heal and prevent future problems.
