Amber is our lead instructor, and has been helping Pittsburghers free their minds and souls from the mundain with Yoga for 10 years. In addition to her instruction classes, she leads community sessions and practices daily.
Our other lead instructor Kevin is an old mind with a new certification. His classes will move your mind and body through the universe as you practice his unique mix up of poses. You never know what's coming, but you know you'll like it.
